Blissful Prana is offering yoga classes in Fargo. Its focus is on Kripalu Yoga which includes breathing techniques (pranayama), warm-ups (pratapana), physical postures (asana), relaxation (savasana or yoga nidra) and meditation.

Gentle to moderate yoga classes on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays at 9:00 am and Wednesdays at NOON.

Stephanie Asheim will guide the students through a 60 minute Kripalu yoga class. She is a registered yoga teacher.
